I walked into the gym grumbling to myself. Cleaning duty. Butthead. I spread my wings and flew up to the ceiling, cleaning the windows above. "Ew. Is that meatloaf?" I growled quietly.

Blake felt like she was hiding something from him... He sighed and started focusing on what he was doing again.

I blush but stay serious. "Well...I grew up basically on the streets..My mother was always sick..So I had to take care of her. Myself. I had to basically steal, kill, and cheat to get what I needed. When I discovered my powers...Well I kinda..." I can't finish. I begin to tear up.

Blake wiped a tear off her face. "I'm so sorry, Laura. I'm sorry I even asked you..." He apologized. He sighed and looked down at the ground.
