"Basically he's in control of the institute and the leader of the X-Men. I'm in charge of student discipline and the second in command of the school. Also the second member of the X-Men as the second one to make it here. And the second most powerful, if not first. The room situation is your choice."

"He's in charge because of his heritage. His father, Professor Charles Xavier, founded the institute. I'm second in command because of the bond my father had with his."
