I hung from a bar in the Main Room upside down, flipping through the channels while munching on a large bag of Cheetos. Ugh, nothing was on! I finally just turned the darn thing off and picked up a book.

Stephen waked into the room, looking around. "Hm. So this is the Institute. Nice." He yawned as he spoke, observing all of the things.

I hopped down to my feet and set aside the book. "I have a name, idiot." I scoffed. I brushed past him with a not-so-gentle nudge to get a bottle of water.

I whipped around and smacked him. "Nuh uh. No." My eyes narrowed and I walked back to my bar. "My name is Nickolette McCoy. My friends call me Nicky. You may call me Nickolette."

He rolled his eyes. "I'd rather refrain from referring to you in general. But, since you'll most likely be hearing it later, my name is Stephen Akashi. Nobody refers to me as Steve, unless they feel like having life ebb away from their bodies."

I rolled my eyes in return and clicked the television back on. "Whatever. You should check in with Will--Prof. X to let him know you're here. Really, just think to him since I'm sure he's on vacation."
